Free-range produce

We produce free range pork from our rare breed British Lop pigs.  Our pork is full of flavour having benefitted from our pigs being completely free range, slow growing, and foraging in our fields for treats such as acorns.  They also enjoy the apples from the orchard and vegetables from the garden.

Try our pork joints with delicious crackling, tender chops with our homemade apple sauce, moreish sausages including plain, pork and apple, pork and leek and pork and garlic, and the tastiest of faggots.

    Our free range British Lop pigs produce the most delicious back bacon and streaky bacon. The back bacon is perfect for a Saturday morning breakfast roll, whilst the streaky bacon on top of cheese and potato pie makes the most divine meal.
