What People Are Saying

"What a truly delightful day from first arriving to us leaving. A well presented easy to follow procedure to achieve the woven seat pad. The cake and refreshments were absolutely delicious, and the lunch also provided. Hayley was the perfect host, very passionate about her animals and her lifestyle.”

I loved every minute of this course from meeting the alpacas to the weaving of the fleece, Hayley was so welcoming and generous with her time and she explained everything well and made everything so easy to follow. The setting was fabulous, warm and cosy and the hospitality was great with homemade Welsh cakes, soup and cake in the afternoon - honestly couldn’t recommend the whole experience more…. I felt like I had been transported at weaving heaven. So much more than the amazing weaving experience.

‘‘Cream tea was amazing. So much food. Happily leftovers were boxed to takeaway!! It was great to meet the Alpacas, which are clearly happy in their surroundings. Put it on your to do list..’’

"A lovely relaxed day in a beautiful setting, using a variety of different fleece to make a very comfy seat pad - approved by the cat who immediately sat on it once it was finished!

What a special experience. We went with our 5 year old. Hayley is a wonderful and warm hearted host with extensive knowledge of the smallholding and the rare breeds she looks after. Not only were the delicious homemade treats amazing but the education around the alpacas, lop pigs and the sheep was second to none. Great experience and we left feeling very happy indeed. We couldn't recommend more.

Wow! Where to start?!?! Our Paca Picnic was simply out of this world!! From the outset Hayley was always available for questions. We had great communication and with my daughter being a coeliac sufferer, there is always a touch of nervousness around contamination and produce being safe for her. Hayley went above and beyond! The personalised picnic for Flossie was super delicious and she felt so included and special. For that alone I cannot thank Hayley enough. The picnic and location was idyllic and the whole experience was something really special, catering for all of my kids favourites. Hayley made time for us and really put so much effort into ensuring we had space to enjoy, whilst always being on hand to give info and you can see the love and pride in everything she does. Thank you for one of the best experiences we’ve had as a young family.
